REFFING: AVP is mandating that reffing teams will ref from opposite sides of the court so we have an up ref and a down ref. The down ref will flip the score board. The up ref will will call the match. Both referees need to stand for the duration of their ref duty!

PARENTS: We encourage you to say things like "Great Job" and "Good Hustle" however coaching from the side lines is strictly prohibited. We believe that you should let the players play. Letting the athletes survive under pressure by themselves is a hallmark of beach volleyball. So please encourage appropriately.

BALL: We will be using the AVP Wilson Volleyball for this event..

WHAT TO BRING:
Sunscreen
Towels
Water Bottles
Great Attitude
AVP Volleyballs

WHAT NOT TO BRING:
Ice chests and outside food and drinks. Anything you bring prior to the restaurant opening its doors can be accessed in you car from the side gate. Once the restaurant opens you will need to enter and exit the facility through the restaurant. We ask that you respect their business by not bringing in outside food or drink onto the grounds. They have a great variety of food and sports drinks. We ask that you support them by giving them your food and beverage business.

GLASS CONTAINERS:
Parents, you may have them on the sidelines, but they are not to be left unattended. If you are done with using a glass container it must be stored or thrown away. Unattended bottles will be tossed to protect the integrity of the facility. At no time should a glass bottle be on a court playing surface.
